Understanding the MapThe industry without brand worship. AI solutions today don't really differ in their core models. The differences are in the application layer and the utilities. We start by isolating the subject matter of our workshop.
2. The Mindset
How the Engine WorksDemystifying the 'Black Box.' We look under the hood at what AI models are, how they work, the core capabilities and limitations of their technology. This is essential for a better understanding of how to use AI.
3. The Skill
Prompting FrameworkMoving beyond 'chatting.' We implement the framework to turn vague requests into engineering-grade instructions. We practice the important part of prompting, structured thinking, Markdown, XML, and JSON output structures.
4. The Workflow
From One-Offs to SystemsThe pivot point. We stop treating AI as a chatbot and start building business workflow 'Assets.' We create Foundational Documents, Custom Instructions, and Specialized Assistants that can tackle repetitive tasks with minimal human intervention.
5. Guardrails
Driving SafelyWhat's safe to use and what isn't? Which data should never be entered into any AI? What assurances do you get from platforms and what are the ways to use it at work without risking your company or your job?

Once your team understands the "Intern" model and the safety guardrails, we can finally talk about real automation.
